Lot-to-lot consistency was tested using four batches of Anti-Human CD3 Antibody (OKT3), mAb, Mouse (Cat. No. A02199) on Jurkat/IL-2-Luc Promoter cells. Receptor-mediated signaling induced luminescence via activation of the IL-2 pathway. Data showed that GenScript Anti-Human CD3 Antibody (OKT3), mAb, Mouse (Cat. No. A02199) has a high lot-to-lot consistency.

Receptor-mediated signaling induced luminescence via activation of the IL-2 pathway. Data showed that GenScript Anti-Human CD28 Antibody (F105), mAb, Mouse (Cat. No. A02213) has a high lot-to-lot consistency.

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Anti-Human CD4 Antibody (F001), mAb, Mouse (Cat. No. A02211) (left), competing anti-human CD4 antibody (middle), mouse IgG1 negative control (NC, right) as well as with anti-Human CD3 [BV510] antibody (all panels). Flow cytometry was performed for further analysis. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and 7-AAD.
