PurposeExpression of various members of the ErbB family (epidermal growth factor receptor/ErbB-1, ErbB-2, ErbB-3 and ErbB-4) is associated with disease stage and survival in patients with urothelial carcinoma. We examined the correlation of ErbB family receptor expression with the progression of urothelial carcinoma and survival.Materials and MethodsA urothelial carcinoma tissue array was constructed from 248 archival paraffin blocks and quality control studies were ascertained.
