IgE-mediated mast cell degranulation and release of vasoactive mediators induced by allergens elicits allergic responses. Although G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR)-induced signals may amplify IgE-dependent degranulation, how GPCR signaling in mast cells is regulated remains incompletely defined.
