
MonoRab™抗VHH纳米抗体
驼科动物外周血中存在一种天然缺失轻链的重链抗体 HCAbs (heavy-chain antibodies )(图 1)。这种异于传统双链抗体的重链抗体,其抗原结合位点仅由重链单链的可变区组成,克隆其可变区得到只由一个重链可变区组成的单域抗体即为纳米抗体(sdAbs或VHHs)。纳米抗体VHHs的结构特殊,克服了传统抗体的开发周期长,稳定性较低,保存条件苛刻等缺陷,逐渐成为新一代治疗性生物医药与临床诊断试剂中的新兴力量。
基于GenScript专有的杂交瘤细胞技术的 MonoRab™技术平台,自主研发生产出的抗纳米抗体系列产品,为研究人员鉴定目标特异性的纳米抗体提供了高性能的二抗工具。

Binding Compatibility with Humanized VHHs

Binding compatibility comparison of MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-Humanized VHH Antibody, mAb (Cat. No A02165 ), MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-Camelid VHH Antibody, mAb (Cat. No A01860 ), and MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-Camelid VHH Cocktail (Cat. No A02014 ) with humanized VHHs. The performance of A02165 is the best. It is ideal to be used for humanized VHH antibody detection.

实验采用初始T细胞作为CAR阴性的细胞对照,以9.43% CAR阳性T细胞与初始T细胞混合作为阳性待分离样品,通过生物素标记的抗体 MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-Camelid VHH Cocktail [Biotin](GenScript, A02015) 和抗生物素的磁珠进行CART细胞的磁分离,将得到的细胞进行流式细胞分析,以验证磁分离的效果。如图所示,经过磁分离后,CAR阳性细胞的比例从预混的9.43%提升至分离后的88.9%,数据表明该抗体可以很好的应用于CART细胞的磁分离。

In this ELISA assay, the detection antibody was labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), if you needs an unconjugated antibody you can choose MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-Camelid VHH Cocktail (GenScript, A02014). GenScript can provide customized conjugation services for this product per the customer's request.
The sensitivity of detecting VHH is up to 39 pg/ml.
