Proteins were separated by 4-20% SDS–PAGE (GenScript) and then transferred to PVDF membranes in transfer buffer (50 mM Tris, 250 mM glycine, and 3.5 mM SDS) for 100 minutes at 100 V.
The supernatant was incubated with anti-DYKDDDDK G1 affinity resin (GenScript) for 2 h at 4 °C, and the bound protein was eluted with 0.2 mg/mL DYKDDDDK peptide (GenScript).
