Using proper signal peptide and codon optimization are important factors that must be considered when designing the vector to increase protein expression in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. The aim of the present study is to investigate how to enhance Pertuzumab production through heavy and light chain coding gene optimization and proper signal peptide selection.
