Description

The GenLNP-CX175-CD7VHH-CD19 CAR circRNA is a CD7 VHH-decorated lipid nanoparticle (LNP) loaded with circular RNA encoding an anti-human CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). The LNP displays anti-human CD7 VHH antibody (CD7-VHH-hIgG1Fc (LALA)) on its surface to enhance targeting efficiency toward CD7-positive cells. CD7 is highly expressed on the majority of mature T cells, NK cells, and their early precursors, making it an attractive target for selective delivery both in vitro and in vivo. The antibody is covalently conjugated to lipid molecules to achieve targeted delivery.  
 
This LNP features: 
- Formulation with CX175, a licensable LNP from GenScript, as the main ionizable lipid for efficient encapsulation and delivery 
- CD7 VHH-mediated targeting for enhanced delivery to CD7+ immune cells 
Scarless anti-human CD19 CAR circular RNA (CVB3) payload designed without linker or junction sequences 
- Optimized formulation for targeted circRNA delivery and immune cell engineering applications 
 
This product enables efficient delivery of CD19 CAR circRNA to CD7+ cells and is ideal for CAR expression studies, immune cell engineering research, and targeted circRNA delivery applications.

1. LNP can be added directly to cells incubated in complete media  
2. Cells grown and transfected in complete media (DMEM +10% FBS) has higher expression than reduced serum medium  
3. For suspension cell lines, we recommend using low fluorescent background media such as Flourobrite® with 10% FBS, 1X GlutaMax® and 1X sodium pyruvate  
4. For adherent cell line, we recommend replace complete media with Opti-mem right before reading the cell eGFP expression  
5. For higher expression, we recommend incubate the LNP with FBS at 1:2 volume ratio (LNP:FBS) for 30 minutes at 37C before transfecting
