Rluc mRNA (Cap1, m1Ψ)

Renilla luciferase (Rluc) produces blue light with a peak emission at 480nm. This mRNA is capped with Cap1 structure with high capping efficiency. It has 100% substituted with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m1Ψ) for enhanced expression and reduced immunogenicity. It has been codon optimized with GenScript X5 algorithm for enhancing its expression efficiency. The mRNA has a 100A tail in its sequence, mimics a mature mRNA.
