Protein and Antibody Isolation Protein expression was induced with 1 mM IPTG (Solarbio, China) at 18 °C for 16 h to enhance soluble protein yield. Cells were harvested by centrifugation, resuspended in lysis buffer (500 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 5% glycerol), and lysed via sonication.
