Background: Obesity is closely associated with chronic low-grade inflammation, particularly within visceral adipose tissues (VAT). Dendritic cells (DCs), as key antigen-presenting cells, bridge innate and adaptive immunity and play a pivotal role in regulating adipose tissue immune homeostasis.
