The AuNP@RBCMs were lysed with loading buffer and denatured by heating at 100°C for 10 min. Denatured proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE (4%–12% LabPAGE, Lablead) before being transferred to nitrocellulose membranes (Immobilon-NC, HATF00010) using either an eBlot L2 Fast Protein Transfer Device (GenScript, L00981) or a Trans-Blot SD Semi-Dry Transfer Cell (Bio-Rad, 1703940). |
