The discovery and identification of broad-spectrum antiviral drugs are of great significance for blocking the spread of pathogenic viruses and corresponding variants of concern. Herein, we proposed a plasmonic imaging-based strategy for assessing the efficacy of potential broad-spectrum antiviral drugs targeting the N-terminal domain of a nucleocapsid protein (NTD) and nucleic acid (NA) interactions.
