Bisphenol A (BPA), a ubiquitous endocrine-disrupting chemical, interferes with reproduction and is also considered an obesogen. The neuropeptide Y (NPY) neurons of the hypothalamus control both food intake and reproduction and have emerged as potential targets of BPA.
