Peptide Synthesis Its quality and purity was ensured using NanoDrop Spectrophotometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) [OD260: OD280 nm absorption ratio (1.8–2.0)] and integrity of RNA was checked by resolving on 1.2% agarose gel containing 18% formaldehyde. MYB proteins represent one of the largest transcription factor families in plants, playing important roles in diverse developmental and stress-responsive processes. Considering its significance, several genome-wide analyses have been conducted in almost all land plants except foxtail millet.
