AIM: The inhibitory effects on expression of JNK1 in mouse hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines and cell migration and invasion were mediated by ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction (UTMD). MATERIALS AND METHODS: The best shRNA vector was built and screened.
