To accelerate development of pea cultivars with improved nutritional profiles, information about allelic variations within genes for major seed composition in diverse pea accessions is required. The objective of this study was to identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within genes associated with amylose, total starch and crude protein concentration in seeds.
