The kit consists of three main components:
• Cell Extract
• Protein Synthesis Buffer
• Control Plasmid
• DB Oxidizer
• DB Reducer

By following the provided protocol and combining Cell Extract and Protein Synthesis Buffer with your target templates, protein expression can be achieved within a few hours. The system supports both clonal and non-clonal DNA templates. Custom formulation guidance is included for expressing proteins with multiple disulfide bonds, promoting correct folding and improved functional yield. Synthesized proteins are compatible with downstream characterization, purification, and functional assays. The system is compatible with high-throughput automation workflows and dialysis method.
