Jurkat cells were analyzed by flow cytometry to evaluate the detection of CD3-binding Strep-tagged proteins using StrepCaptureXP-iFluor647.
Cells were incubated with Strep-tagged UCHT1 (anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody) or Twin Strep-tagged Blinatumomab (CD3/CD19 bispecific antibody), followed by detection with StrepCaptureXP-iFluor647(GenScript, M01236).
