StrepCaptureXP-HRP

4 different Strep-tagged proteins were captured by their corresponding antibodies coated at 2 μg/mL. Proteins were applied in a serial dilution starting from 1 μg/mL. Detection was performed using StrepCaptureXP-HRP (GenScript, M01235) or an HRP-conjugated reagent from Supplier A at 0.1 μg/mL. »

StrepCaptureXP-HRP

A Strep-tagged protein was captured by its corresponding antibody coated at 2 μg/mL. The protein was applied in a serial dilution starting from 1 μg/mL. Detection was performed using StrepCaptureXP-HRP (GenScript, M01235) at 0.1 μg/mL with incubation times of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 minutes, respectively. Comparable signal intensities were observed across the tested incubation times. »

StrepCaptureXP-HRP

Detection sensitivity of the same Strep-tagged proteins by Western blot was compared using StrepCaptureXP-HRP (GenScript, M01235) and an HRP-conjugated reagent from Supplier A at an equivalent concentration (0.125 μg/mL). »

StrepCaptureXP-HRP

Western blot analysis of 8 different Strep-tagged proteins was performed using StrepCaptureXP-HRP (GenScript, M01235) and an HRP-conjugated reagent from Supplier A at an equivalent concentration (0.125 μg/mL). »

StrepCaptureXP-HRP

Western blot analysis was performed using E. coli, yeast, and CHO-S whole cell lysates, as well as HEK293 cell culture supernatant lacking Strep-tagged proteins.
Detection was performed using StrepCaptureXP-HRP (GenScript, M01235) and an HRP-conjugated reagent from Supplier A at an equivalent concentration (0.125 μg/mL). Proteins containing Strep-tags at the N- or C-terminus were included as positive controls. »
