The GenLNP-S04-EGFP mRNA (m1Ψ) V2 is a CD34 antibody-decorated lipid nanoparticle (LNP) loaded with eGFP mRNA (m1Ψ). The LNP displays anti-human CD34 antibody mAb, Mouse (GenScript, Cat: CP0001) on its surface to enhance targeting to CD34+ cells. The antibody is covalently conjugated to lipid molecules to achieve precise cell-specific delivery.

1. LNP can be added directly to cells incubated in complete media 2. Cells grown and transfected in complete media (DMEM +10% FBS) has higher expression than reduced serum medium 3. For suspension cell lines, we recommend using low fluorescent background media such as Flourobrite® with 10% FBS, 1X GlutaMax® and 1X sodium pyruvate 4. For adherent cell line, we recommend replace complete media with Opti-mem right before reading the cell eGFP expression 5. For higher expression, we recommend incubate the LNP with FBS at 1:2 volume ratio (LNP:FBS) for 30 minutes at 37C before transfecting |
