| 10,000 HEK293T cells were seeded in a 96-well plate on day 0. On the following day, 200 ng of TNFα mRNA was transfected into the cells using Lipofectamine™ MessengerMAX™ (or an equivalent reagent). The culture supernatant was collected 12 hours post-transfection, and TNFα levels were measured using a Human TNFα ELISA kit. |
