CHO-K1/CCR8 cells were plated and incubated at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 16-20 hours. The next day, cells were further treated with dye-loading solution for 1 hour, and then CCL1 Solution (GenScript, Cat. No.: Z02911-10) was added into the cell plate for 20 seconds and the fluorescence signal was monitored for 100 seconds (21 second to 120 second) by FLIPR.
