GSC4/CGRPR target cells were plated and incubated at 37°C, 5%CO2 for 16-20 hours prior to the addition of increasing concentrations of CGRP. After 6 hours of incubation, luciferase substrate reagent was added and luminescence was measured by PHERAstar. Data were analyzed by GraphPad Prism® software. »
GS-C4/CGRPR target cells were plated and incubated at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 16-20 hours; then CGRP and increasing concentrations of anti-CGRP antibody were incubated for 30 mins before added to the cells. After 6 hours of incubation, luciferase substrate reagent was added and luminescence was measured with the PHERAstar. Data were analyzed by GraphPad Prism® software. »
