AmMag™ Elite Protein A Magnetic Beads

AmMag™ Elite Protein A Magnetic Beads are composite particles formed by covalent bonding of activated magnetic microspheres and Protein A. They have higher antibody binding capacity and extremely low nonspecific adsorption. High-purity antibodies can be separated from samples such as serum, plasma, and cell lysate in one step. Equipped with different magnetic racks or purification equipment, multiple samples can be processed simultaneously.

Product Description AmMag™ Elite Protein A Magnetic Beads are composite particles formed by covalently coupling NHS-activated paramagnetic agarose beads with rProtein A. This product exhibits high antibody-binding capacity and low non-specific adsorption. With uniform elution conditions, a single purification step can isolate antibodies with a purity greater than 90% from serum samples. Developed and optimized for antibody purification for high throughput and high volume applications. AmMag™ Elite Protein A Magnetic Beads have a binding capacity of over 40 mg human IgG per 1 mL settled beads.
