Product Description RIPA Lysis Buffer is a traditional rapid lysate for cell tissues, which has a strong lysing effect on the cell membrane, cytoplasm and nuclear components of animal cells.
This product is a RIPA lysate with relatively strong lysis strength, containing sodium orthovanadate, sodium fluoride, EDTA, leupeptin and other inhibitors, which can effectively inhibit protein degradation. The protein samples obtained by lysis can be used for conventional experiments such as Western and IP.
Storage This product remains stable at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
