Multiple Tag is a specially designed fusion protein that can serve as an excellent positive control for western and dot blots. The fusion protein has an apparent molecular weight of ~40 kDa on SDS-PAGE and it contains 16 commonly used tags from N terminus to C terminus in the order as shown in the table below. Reconstitution Add 200 µl of ddH2O to make the final concentration of 1 µg/µl in PBS Buffer. 0.04-0.2 µl of Multiple Tag is recommended for each lane of the minigel (for accurate loading, dilute with PBS Buffer).
Concentration 200 µg of purified Multiple Tag (lyophilized)
Storage Store the protein at -20°C or below. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C or below.
