Figure 1. U-46619-induced concentration-dependent stimulation of intracellular calcium mobilization in HEK293/TP cells. The cells were loaded with Calcium-4 (Cat. No. R8142; Molecular Devices) prior to stimulation with TBXA2R agonist, U-46619 (Cat. No. D8174, Sigma Aldrich). The intracellular calcium change was measured by FLIPRTETRA. The relative fluorescent units (RFU) were recorded and plotted against the log of the cumulative doses of U-46619 (mean ± SEM, n = 3). The EC50 of U-46619 on HEK293/TP cells was 7.88 nM.
