| Product Description |
The Strep-tag® II (WSHPQFEK) and Twin-Strep-tag® (WSHPQFEKGGGSGGGSGGSAWSHPQFEK) are widely used affinity tags for detecting and purifying recombinant proteins in basic research, diagnostics, and biomanufacturing. GenScript StrepCaptureXP Coated Plate (GenScript, L01146) is designed for capture of recombinant proteins containing Strep-tag® II or Twin-Strep-tag® with high specificity and capacity. This plate is a 96-well microtiter plate coated with StrepCaptureXP for capture and immobilization of Strep-tagged proteins. The binding capacity and detection limits depend on the structural properties and amino acid composition of Strep-tagged proteins. |

BAP-Strep II protein was captured on StrepCaptureXP Coated Plate (GenScript, L01146) and detected using a target-specific primary antibody followed by a secondary antibody. Samples were prepared in 10-fold diluted CHO 3E7, CHO-S, CHO-K1 culture supernatants or 10-fold diluted yeast supernatant. Signal recovery for all host cell matrices remained within 80–120% relative to the diluent control across the tested concentration range, demonstrating minimal matrix interference. »
CD7 Twin-Strep protein (1 μg/mL) was captured on StrepCaptureXP Coated Plate (GenScript, L01146), followed by incubation with serially diluted anti-CD7 VHH antibody (starting from 10 ng/mL) and HRP-conjugated secondary antibody. Mouse serum (1:100 and 1:1000 dilution) and rabbit serum (1:100 and 1:1000 dilution) were used as sample matrices. Signal recoveries of serum-containing samples were calculated relative to the buffer-only control. All recoveries remained within 70–130%, demonstrating minimal serum matrix interference and robust target capture performance. »
BAP-Strep II protein was captured on StrepCaptureXP Coated Plate (GenScript, L01146) and detected using a target-specific primary antibody followed by a secondary antibody. The assay was performed in the presence of free biotin at concentrations ranging from 2.5 to 10 μM. Signal recovery was calculated relative to the no-biotin control. All recoveries remained within 80–120%, demonstrating minimal interference from free biotin. »
