Product Description GenScript Streptavidin Coated Plate (GenScript, L01145) is designed to provide robust capture of biotinylated molecules, ensuring uniform immobilization and optimal exposure of binding sites. This plate is a 96-well microtiter plate coated with Streptavidin, providing a high-affinity surface for selective capture of biotinylated proteins, peptides, antibodies, and other biotin-labeled molecules. The binding capacity and detection sensitivity depend on the size, structure, and biotinylation level of the target molecules.
This product provides a reliable, user-friendly platform for selective capture and colorimetric detection of biotinylated targets, combining high affinity, low background, and reproducible performance for ELISA and other biochemical assays.

Storage The unopened product is stable for 2 years from the date of manufacture at 2℃to 8℃, and the opened product is stable for 2 weeks from the date of opening at 2℃to 8℃. Unused wells should be returned to a resealable bag containing desiccant and stored sealed at 2°C to 8°C.
