No. L01106-480) or a small-scale format (Cat. No. L01106-48). Utilizing GenScript’s proprietary endotoxin-removal technology, the kit delivers high-quality plasmid DNA with low endotoxin levels (less than 0.1 EU/µg).

Product Description The AmMag™ Quatro Endotoxin-Free Plasmidplus Purification Mini Kits are designed to efficiently purify plasmid DNA from Escherichia coli (E. coli) using the AmMag™ Quatro 1100 automated purification system. The complete system includes the system controller (Cat. No. D00055C), purification modules (Cat. No. D00043C), and the appropriate plasmid purification kits. Each AmMag™ Quatro 1100 Automation Purification Module (Cat. No. D00043C) can process up to 48 samples per run, and the system controller can manage up to four independent modules simultaneously, allowing for the purification of up to 192 samples in a single run. Each module provides fully automated, high-yield plasmid purification with reliable purity.

Storage The kit should be stored at room temperature (15-25°C).

Note:
 Some reagents may form precipitates when stored below 20–25 °C. Before use, ensure all buffers are clear and free of precipitate.
If precipitation is observed, allow the bottles to equilibrate at room temperature for ~24 hours or incubate at 37 °C for ~15 minutes (or until fully dissolved). Afterward, mix thoroughly before use.
