GenScript's mAb combination 7E8–61C4 (Capture-Detection) shows good correlation with Abbott ARCHITECT PGII assays in sandwich ELISA. PGII concentration was measured in 100 human serum samples using sandwich ELISA. We compared our 7E8–61C4 assay to Abbott ARCHITECT PGII assay, the results of the measurements showed good correlation.(R2=0.97).
