High Sensitivity: GenCrispr Cas9 antibody can detect as low as 0.5 ng GenCrispr Cas9 nuclease.
GenCrispr Cas9 protein (GenScript, Cat.No. Z03386) was loaded on a gel as indicated and then detected by Western blot using GenCrispr Cas9 antibody (1:3000 dilution) and Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) [HRP],pAb (GenScript, Cat No. A10169) (1: 10000 dilution).

High Specificity: Only one specific target band is detected by GenCrispr Cas9
antibody in HEK 293T cell lysate transfected with Cas9 expression vectors.
HEK 293T cells were transfected with or without Cas9 expression vectors. After 24hrs,
cells were lysed for Western blot assay. No proteins were detected in untransfected
HEK 293T cells, and there was only one target band to be detected in transfected cells.
Lane 1-2: HEK 293T cell lysate transfected with CRPSPR-Cas9 vectors, 0.5 µl and 1 µl
respectively.
