THE™ HA Tag Antibody, MAb, Mouse

Figure 4. Comparative HA-tag detection was analyzed for THE™ HA Tag Antibody, mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A01244; panel A), and Competitors’ product (panel B) using Western blotting.
In both panels A and B:
Lanes 1-3: 2 μL, 0.4 μL, 0.08 μL N-terminal HA-GST fusion protein in E. coli cell lysate
Lanes 4-6: 2 μL, 0.4 μL, 0.08 μL C-terminal HA-GST fusion protein in E. coli cell lysate
Lanes 7-9: 500 ng, 250 ng, 125 ng Internal HA tagged Fusion protein (Purified) (GenScript, M0101)
Lane 10: E. coli cell lysate

The primary antibody in panel A was THE™ HA Tag Antibody, mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A01244) used at 1 μg/mL concentration. The primary antibody in panel B was Mouse Anti-HA Monoclonal Antibody (Competitor’s product) at 1 μg/mL concentration. In both cases, the secondary antibody was IRDye800 Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. »

Target Background GenScript’s THE™ HA Tag Antibody, mAb, Mouse (A01244) is a highly sensitive monoclonal antibody for HA-tagged fusion protein detection. It belongs to our THE™ elite antibody collection. HA, or human influenza hemagglutinin, is a surface glycoprotein required for human influenza virus infectivity. The HA tag does not appear to interfere with the bioactivity or the bio-distribution of recombinant proteins. It has been extensively used as a general epitope tag in expression vectors. THE™ HA Tag Antibody, mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A01244) is a high-affinity monoclonal antibody that can be used to detect HA-tagged proteins. This product detects HA tags derived from an HA molecule corresponding to amino acids 98-106.
Synonyms Mouse Anti-HA-Tag Monoclonal Antibody
