AP2M1 Antibody, pAb, Rabbit
该产品已下架。
AP2M1 is a subunit of heterotetrameric coat assembly protein complex 2 (AP2), which belongs to the adaptor complex medium subunit family. AP2 is composed of two large adaptins (alpha-type subunit AP2A1, or AP2A2, and beta-type subunit AP2B1), one medium adaptin (mu-type subunit AP2M1), and a small adaptin (sigma-type subunit AP2S1). The AP2 complex is part of the protein coat linking clathrin to receptors in coated vesicles. Clathrin-associated protein complexes are believed to interact with the cytoplasmic tails of membrane proteins so that they can be selected and concentrated.
GenScript Rabbit Anti-AP2M1 Polyclonal Antibody is developed in rabbit using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide within residues 150-200 of human AP2M1 protein (Swiss Prot: Q96CW1).
