Description

CD8 (cluster of differentiation 8) is a cell surface glycoprotein, found on most cytotoxic T lymphocytes. CD8 antigen is existed as a homodimer composed of two alpha chains or as a heterodimer composed of one alpha and one beta chain. CD8+ cytotoxic T cells are crucial for the killing of virus-infected cells and tumor cells.

Recommended Usage 5 μL per test for each conjugated antibody. Each lot of the conjugated antibodies undergoes quality control test by flow cytometric analysis. The suggested use of this reagent is 5 μL per million cells or 5 μL per 100 μL of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
