|Description||The His tag is a short amino acid sequence consists of Histidine (His) residues appended to recombinant proteins. Ni-charged resins are used for the purification of His-tagged proteins from eukaryotic and prokaryotic expression systems. An anti-His tag antibody is a useful tool for the analysis of His-tagged proteins.
THETM His Tag Antibody [iFluor 555], mAb, Mouse is THETM His Tag Antibody (A00186) conjugated with iFluor 555 under optimal conditions with an F/P ratio of 3-6. It is suitable for detecting the expression level of His-tagged proteins. iFluor 555 is a bright and photostable fluorescent dye. It is an excellent alternative to Alexa Fluor 555.

|Storage||The lyophilized product remains stable up to 2 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8°C or for up to 12 months at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.|
|Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.
