Influenza A (H1N1) virus, a subtype of influenzavirus A, is the most common cause of influenza (flu) in humans. A strain of swine-origin H1N1 was responsible for the 2009 flu pandemic. The Influenza A (H1N1) RNA polymerase consists of one part each of three subunits, PB1, PB2, and PA. PA is a subunit of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase that is essential for cRNA-dependent vRNA synthesis.GenScript H1N1 PA Antibody is developed in rabbit using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide from residues 250-300 of Influenza A virus PA protein (Genbank: CY040004).
