Description T4 Gene 32 Protein is a single-stranded DNA binding protein from bacteriophage T4 which cooperatively binds to transiently formed ssDNA regions. It can eliminate pausing when sequencing through strong secondary structures and improve the specificity and yield of PCR products. T4 Gene 32 Protein has been widely used in studies of DNA-protein interactions and in the building of single-stranded DNA marking regions.
