| • Agarose gel analysis
shows that the bands between 500 bp and 10 kb are
accurate in size and distinguishable. The 3 kb band is
easily identified than any other bands. • Incubation of 5 μl of the DNA KB Ladder in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation. |
