| Jinsite's lyophilization stabilizer is designed to stabilize biomolecules during lyophilization process and in preparation for long-term storage. It contains neither animal proteins nor toxic ingredients. It provides as a convenient 10X solution in PBS, pH 7.2, and is superior to other traditional lyophilizing additives such as BSA, sucrose, or treharose. |
Concentration: |
| 10X solution prepared in sodium phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2. It is compatible with other tested buffer system. It contains no protein, amino acids, or organic solvent. |
Storage: |
| Store the stabilizer at 2-8℃. I t will remain stable for a minimum of 18 months from date of recept if stored properly. |
Appearance: |
| The expected appearance is clear solution. |
Application: |
| Add one part of the stabilizer to nine parts lyophilizing material. Gently mix for 10 minutes before starting the lyophilization process. |
