Description: GST MagBeads (Cat. No. L00327) are magnetic beads with an average diameter of 40-μm coupled with reduced glutathione (GSH). They are ideal for the rapid and reliable purification of GST fusion proteins. They require minimal handling. The use of nonmagnetic GST purification matrices for small-scale batch protein purifications can be time consuming and difficult. The use of magnetic particles eliminates the need for multiple tubes, minimizes the loss of sample material, and removes several steps of the centrifugation process.
