5X Pfu Master Mix is a ready-to-use mixture of high fidelity Pfu DNA Polymerase (GenScript, E00021), salts, magnesium, and dNTPs designed for efficient template amplification of templates in reactions. The 5X Pfu Master Mix cuts reaction setup time by half. The 5X Pfu Master Mix comes as one vial, which contains about 1 ml of solution, enough for 100 reactions at 10 μl each assumes a 50 μl system.

Contents:
100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.7), 50 mM KCl, 50 mM (NH4)2SO4, 10 mM MgSO4, 1,000 μM dNTP Mix, 0.5% Triton X-100, 0.5 mg/ml (0.05%) BSA, 250 U/ml recombinant Pfu DNA Polymerase, stabilizer.

Storage:
Store at -20 ℃ after delivery.
