Description:
GenScript's 2X Quick Ligation Premix is a ready-to-use mixture of high-quality T4 DNA Ligase, optimized quick ligation buffer, and stabilizer. It promotes highly efficient ligations, particularly cohesive-ends ligation and TA cloning. The reaction will take five minutes at 25 ℃ or 30 minutes at 16℃ with equal, high-quality results for both circular and linear DNA ligations. The 2X Quick Ligation Premix allows ligation reaction volumes as small as 10 ?l when DNA is limiting. The reaction product is immediately ready for use in bacterial transformations without further DNA purification.
