PlantDirectTM Multiplex PCR System Kit应用于快速提取genomic DNA和多重PCR扩增反应。使用该试剂盒12分钟可直接从植物细胞（根、茎、叶或其它植物组织、细胞培养物）中提取genomic DNA，并且不需进行纯化，即可进行多重基因（>1,000）的PCR反应，或4℃储存待用（提取质粒在4℃条件下，可稳定储存至少6个月）。

应用举例：
Shown below is a PCR amplification of a 180 bp fragment of Arabidopsis 10. There is little difference between genomic DNA samples extracted from different Arabidopsis leaves. This demonstrates the high quality and reproducibility of PlantDirectTM PCR Kit.

Genomic DNA was extracted from 12 pieces of Arabidopsis leaves using the PlantDirectTM Multiplex PCR Kit in accordance with the kit instructions. All genomic DNA samples were amplified using the PCR premix supplied in the kit. The PCR products are 180 bp fragments of Arabidopsis ubiquitin 10. Lane 13 shows a negative control.
