BloodReadyTM Multiplex PCR System Kit应用于快速提取genomic DNA和多重PCR扩增反应。使用该试剂盒可直接从血液样品的细胞中提取出genomic DNA，并且不需进行纯化，即可进行多重基因（>1,000）的PCR反应，或4℃储存待用（提取质粒在4℃条件下，可稳定储存至少6个月）。
产品特色： 操作简易：12分钟即可快速简捷地分离genomic DNA。
高特异性：“HotStart” ScriptTM DNA Polymerase（金斯瑞高保真DNA聚合酶）可保障PCR扩增产物的高保真性。

Genomic DNAs were extracted from nine different blood samples and amplified using BloodReadyTM Multiplex PCR Kit according to the kit instructions. M is 100 bp DNA marker lane. Lane 1 to 9 show nine blood samples. The last lane shows a negative control. PCR products are all 142 bp long.
