产品说明：
高亲和Ni-IDA层析纯化介质(L00223-I, 50ml 50%介质浆)把琼脂糖介质(4%交联)通过3个结合位点共价耦联到可以结合Ni2+的三齿螯合剂（亚氨基二乙酸，IDA）制备而成。Ni-IDA介质可以纯化通过包括细菌、酵母、昆虫细胞和哺乳动物细胞等任何蛋白表达系统表达的、含有6xHis标签的重组蛋白。该纯化介质可以纯化天然或者变性条件下的组氨酸标签蛋白。结合在介质上的蛋白可以用低pH缓冲液或咪唑缓冲液，甚至是组氨酸缓冲液洗脱下来。
主要特色：
 高结和能力：结合能力可达10mg 6xHis标签蛋白/ml介质(CV)以上
应用范围广：可纯化天然或变性蛋白
pH范围广：在pH3~13的条件下都得到较好的纯化效果，短时间内也可在pH2和pH14的条件下进行纯化。
可再生利用：纯化介质可重复再生利用多次。
