Gene Services

Jinsite, one of the pioneers in the gene synthesis field, has optimized the gene synthesis procedure, which allowed us to offer one of the most reliable and affordable gene synthesis services in today’s market. Jinsite has introduced significant innovations into gene cloning and mutagenesis process. Our CloneEZ technology allows us to clone any gene into any vector in a simple 30-minute procedure. Our molecular biology services also include construction of custom recombinant viruses, vector-based siRNA and miRNA, knock-in and knock-out constructs. We can produce your DNA constructs in any quantity, with low endotoxin levels if required. Jinsite’s expertise in molecular biology provides a solid foundation for our other services, including stable cell line generation, large-scale sequencing and gene variant libraries, protein expression and purification, antibody production and assay development.

Custom Peptide Synthesis

Jinsite’s peptide synthesis department has developed proprietary synthesis technology based on such innovations as advanced SPPS and LPPS methods and microwave techniques that increase chemical coupling efficiency and shorten coupling time. This technology allows us to produce the highest-quality peptides with a success rate well above the industry standard and forms the basis for our Express Peptide service. We offer a wide range of peptide modifications. Our GMP peptide synthesis facility can produce batches of any size, from milligrams to kilograms. Jinsite also offers chemical protein synthesis and peptide library synthesis services.

Protein Expression and Purification Services

The success of Jinsite’s protein expression and purification service is due to our extensive in-house expertise in gene cloning and sequence optimization and our proprietary protein expression methods that include innovative expression induction and refolding techniques. We offer a wide selection of expression systems, including bacterial, yeast, baculovirus and mammalian, and a variety of purification methods. Jinsite offers our customers from academia and pharmaceutical industry a one-stop solution for their custom antibody needs, from antigene design and synthesis to immunoassay development. Jinsite’s innovative proprietary technologies including advanced antigen design software, proprietary adjuvant, and nanotechnology techniques for antigen preparation guarantee the high titer and competitive pricing of our custom antibodies. We can develop monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies in several different species and produce them at any purity and in any quantity required. Express antibody service is available. The antibodies can be labeled or modified according to customer’s specifications. We offer custom anti-idiotype and phospho-specific antibody services.
