IHC analysis of tissue from HBV+ liver cancer with GenScript HBsAg mAb (V02401, 1C10E2) IHC results show that HBsAg mAb has high specificity.Among the tissue biopsies of tonsils, lymph nodes, appendix, thyroid gland, esophagus carcinoma, stomach cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer and bladder cancer, positive staining was observed in just one of the hepatocellular carcinoma tissues with excellent signal intensities and clean background.
