丙氨酸筛查库 (Alanine Scanning Peptide Library)

用来鉴别与多肽功能、稳定性和构象密切相关的特定的氨基酸位点。丙氨酸(Ala)是最小的手性氨基酸,通过将Ala系统性地、依次地替换序列中每一个氨基酸,来分辨出某一特定氨基酸对整个蛋白生物活性的影响。
